Damage and Replacement Policy

In the event that an item needs to be returned (e.g. a damaged or incorrect item), please contact MBM immediately at 800-223-2508, ext. 1201 to begin the return process. Return shipping may be the responsibility of the customer unless item was shipped in error.  

ALWAYS INSPECT MERCHANDISE UPON DELIVERY. IF YOU NOTICE ANY DAMAGE TO THE BOX OR PRODUCT, NOTE THAT WHEN SIGNING.
